Frequently asked questions

Once you've selected the project length and completed the payment process, you will receive an email to schedule your pre-boarding session. This session is designed to ensure a smooth transition and integration of the new talent into your team. It's an opportunity to clarify expectations, roles, and responsibilities, and to address any initial questions or concerns you might have. Our goal is to make the onboarding process as seamless and efficient as possible, setting the stage for a successful project outcome.

Our talent resources utilize Google Workspace as the primary platform for communication and collaboration. This includes chat for quick conversations, video for face-to-face meetings, and file management for sharing and collaborating on documents. Google Workspace also allows you to assign specific tasks, which is particularly beneficial when working with remote talent. This ensures clear communication, efficient workflow, and effective collaboration, regardless of where your team members are located.

If for any reason the talent resource is unable to join your team after you've submitted payment, rest assured that you will receive a complete refund. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to provide a risk-free experience for our clients. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Clients enjoy the flexibility of selecting project durations of 3, 6, or 12 months. These periods automatically extend for the same length unless we receive a non-renewal notice at least 45 days prior to the current term's conclusion. If you prefer, you can also switch to a month-to-month arrangement at a 25% increased rate. This flexibility ensures that you can retain the talent resource for as long as necessary, promoting project continuity and efficiency.

At AECboost, we take confidentiality seriously. To ensure the protection of your firm's sensitive information, we provide a template non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that you can request the talent resource to sign during the pre-boarding process. This ensures that all parties understand and commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your firm's information.

We understand that not every match may be perfect. If the talent resource doesn't meet your expectations or fit well within your organization, please reach out to us within the first 14 days of the start date. During this period, you have the right to request a replacement talent resource at no additional charge. We will work with you to understand the issues and find a suitable solution. Our goal is to ensure that you have the right talent for your needs.

The second monthly charge, as well as all subsequent monthly charges, will be processed 30 days after the talent resource's start date. This schedule ensures a consistent billing cycle that aligns with the talent resource's work period.

Currently, all our talent resources are equipped with their own machines and peripherals. Each talent resource is also provided with a monthly reimbursement of up to $350 for software licenses. If your firm requires specific software that exceeds this $350 monthly limit, the additional cost will be billed to you in addition to the monthly project charge. This ensures that the talent resource has the necessary tools to effectively contribute to your projects.
